The guests arrived with many interesting ideas and proposals. Upcoming joint cultural events and initiatives aimed at promoting environmental conservation, reducing pollution, and uniting efforts for this cause were discussed.
KU's Head of Communication and Marketing Department, Inga Petrauskienė, and Vice-Rector for Studies, Dr. Aida Norvilienė, hosted the meeting, presenting the university, its structure, study programs, and ongoing scientific activities. The KU fleet and the research conducted by scientists from the Marine Research Institute garnered the most interest from the guests.
The meeting also focused on cooperation between KU and higher education institutions and other organizations in France. Additionally, the need for a French language instructor at Klaipeda University was discussed.
