Education Exchanges Support Foundation is opening a Call for applications for Lithuanian state scholarships for full-time Master’s degree or integrated studies (a part which is equal to Master’s degree studies) at Lithuanian higher education institutions for the year 2026.
A monthly scholarship is equal to 592 Euros. The grant covering the study cost is limited to and cannot be higher than the national standard study price.
Funding under the 2026 Call will be provided to the citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, China (People’s Republic of China and Taiwan), Georgia, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Ukraine, The United States of America, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and foreign citizens of Lithuanian origin of non-EU and non-EFTA countries, 70 grants in total.

20 April 2026
The online application system will be closed at 4:00 pm Vilnius European time
No later than 15 June 2026: notification of eligible applicants about the final results.
