Accommodation

IMPORTANT!

  • Application submition period for Erasmus+ 2025 Spring intake will continue November 15th to December 15th.
  • Application submition period for Full-time students Spring intake will start January 1st. Accommodation reservation only to those who has TRP‘s.

Dormitory in Campus at Universiteto ave. 12

It is dedicated for Bachelor’s, Master ‘s and PhD, Erasmus+ students, visiting professors.

Rooms are shared between 2 residents. Shower and WC are for 2 or it could be shared by 4 when 2 rooms are blocked. Single rooms are only for PhD students. There are 5 shared kitchens with common fridges. For your convenience we have washing machines and dryers. We can accommodate students with reduced mobility. Free wifi.

 

 

Dormitory in the southern part of Klaipeda city at Statybininku ave. 43

It is available for Bachelor’s , Master ‘s, part-time students.

Rooms are shared between 2 and 3 residents which designed together with washroom when common showers (2 to 3 per floor) and kitchens (2 per floor) with common fridges are shared between 18 rooms. For your convenience we have washing machines. Free wifi.

 

If you wish to get accommodation

FIRST YEAR STUDENTS should submit a completed housing application to: bendrabutis@ku.lt. Your reservation needs to be confirmed by dormitory administration via e-mail. Initial deposit and rent needs to be paid after receiving  a confirmation. Those failing to get accomodation can be included in the waiting list.

ALL OTHER STUDENTS should submit completed application to: bendrabutis@ku.lt. Applicants are included in waiting list with residents who requested dormitory change and are ranked according to the date of application. Preference is given to students who live in one of the dormitories at least one semester. You will be informed if and when you can be accommodated.

ERASMUS + participants should submit completed housing application to: bendrabutis@ku.lt. Your reservation needs to be confirmed by dormitory administration via e-mail. Initial deposit and rent needs to be paid after receiving  a confirmation.

Initial fee: € 200,00.
In the price in 1-2 does not include the fee for bed linen. Pillow, duvet and bed linen cost € 45,00.
In the price in 3-4-5-6 does not include the fee for bed linen. Pillow, duvet and bed linen cost € 5,00.
Laundry services: € 4,00/1 time.

Statybininku ave. 43

Initial fee: € 150,00.
In the price in 1-2-3-4 does not include the fee for bed linen. Pillow, duvet and bed linen cost € 45,00.
In the price in 5-6-7-8 does not include the fee for bed linen. Pillow, duvet and bed linen cost € 5,00.
Laundry services: € 2,50/1 time.
