The Health Innovation Connect Day conference is being held in Gdańsk on 14 April 2026. The event is organised by the Pomerania Development Agency, the Medical University of Gdańsk, and the University Clinical Centre in Gdańsk, and serves as a platform for cooperation between the scientific, medical, and business communities, as well as institutions supporting innovation in the health sector.
The conference aims to bring together the health and medtech communities and to present key sources of funding for research and development projects under EU programmes such as Horizon Europe and the Innovative Health Initiative.
The University Clinical Centre in Gdańsk will present the AMBeR - Advanced Modeling of Baltic cancer e-caRe project during the conference and discuss the project’s objectives, aims, and also show the equipment - Hemoscreen, which is used by patients during the project at home.
